back in 1996, and was written by Wayne C. Walter. Brother Walter has since suffered a stroke which has made it difficult to continue with the articles. The articles here are in PDF format along with a few things that I have written also. They are arranged by year and month. Wait for the drop down menu above to load and select the articles.
